Zhejiang Wanfu Plastics Co., Ltd.(Zhejiang Huangyan Wanshida Plastic Package Factory, ) is in Huangyan, Daizhou City, Zhejiang --- the famous ¡°Mold Town¡± in China. The company, established in 1992, is one of manufacturers specializing in the research, development and manufacture of general beverage packing machinery and cap molding machines. Under the leadership of Mr. Gu Shifu, the General Manager of the Company, we will, with the adherence to the principle of Innovation, Efficiency, Quality, Credit and Service, exert our unremitting efforts to provide our customers with the most satisfactory products woven with the most considerate service using the advanced production equipment and in the cleanest working environment. At present, our products have been successfully marketed into many beverage factories and water works both at home and abroad and enjoyed an extensive trust and acknowledgement among the customers, thus making our company¡¯s products widely recognized by the professionals in this circle.
In 2002, we had our premises relocated and made investments
in construction of a batch of standardized purifying shops,
and also introduced sets of machines such as Italy NEGRIBOSSI
plastic injection molding machine, USA DESCO printing
machine and the 48-cavity bottle-cap mold. In 2004, the
Company purchased four units of plastic injection molding
machines from German KRAUSSMAFFEI
Company and five-gallon maiden-cap mold from German Wiro
Company, making our products win more and better advantages
both in domestic and overseas markets. Our products mainly
include the 30mm/25mm bottle caps, 28mm bottle caps, five-gallon
smart caps, ring cutting bottle caps, milk bottle caps
as well as hot-runner molds for bottle caps and the molds
for five-gallon smart caps. And our customers are almost
the famous enterprises in China such as Hangzhou Wahaha,
Shenzhen Danone-Health, Jiangxi RunTian and Yijing, Zhuhai
Jialinshan, Guangdong Chaobao and Piaoyue, Chongqing Ice
Point, Jilin Quanyangquan, Hainan Coconut Palm and Shanghai
Watsons.
In our company, we have established several production departments concerning the plastic injection & molding, printing and imprinting, bottle cutting machines and the molds and equipped with up to 20 technical personnel which mainly engage in the development of new products, design and research of the molds as well as the manufacture of the molds and the production of bottle cutting machines, proving to be a professionally qualified team with the sound expertise.
